When can I get my order?
We ask for a minimum of 1-2-week in advance on all order requests.
Can I order a variety pack/assorted dozen?
Yes, you can order up to 4 flavors
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Cash, Cash App, and Venmo. Additional options may be available in the future.
DELIVERY / PICK UP
Where and how do I get my order?
Local delivery and/ or pickup (Location for pickup will be arranged once the order is placed).
Minimum order for deliveries:
Quincy: No minimum order
George: No minimum order (if delivery is in downtown George)
Moses Lake / Wenatchee Minimum order of 2 dozen
Royal City / Cashmere Minimum order of 3 dozen
For social media pre-order events there is no minimum order (There will be a pickup location based on the area).
Additional arrangements for delivery will be made once order is placed.

Where do you ship macarons to?
Jojo’s Macarons ship macarons throughout the Pacific Northwest (California, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington). Shipments can only be delivered to a street address, (P.O. Boxes are NOT allowed).
How often do you ship macarons?
We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays, using two-day shipping, to avoid the weekend layover and to guarantee the freshness of our products. We also do not ship on national holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
How are the macarons packaged for shipping?
The macarons are wrapped in bubble wrap, and the box is also wrapped, to help prevent the macarons from being damaged during shipping. Jojo’s Macarons are not responsible for damage incurred to the macarons during shipment.
During the hot seasons, packages are shipped with an ice pack to keep the macarons cold. The ice pack will melt during transit - do not worry if this happens!
If you need an order for a special occasion or specific date, please contact us so that we may ensure its delivered on the date.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees are $16.00. Shipping is subject to increase during the holiday season.
Additional information about shipping
Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Jojo’s Macarons are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Charges resulting from returned/rerouted packages due to incorrect addresses will be billed in full to the customer.
We are not responsible in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
A signature may be required for delivery at the discretion of the driver, or the driver may hold a package at their discretion if there is no secure place to leave the package.
We cannot be responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates, if we see that these delays may be possible, we will contact you to change/discuss your order.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to the high delivery volumes during the month of December.
If your package says that it has been delivered but is not at your delivery address please contact the delivery service directly, with your tracking number so that they may help you locate the package. We do not have any extra information on the whereabouts of your package.
For other shipping or tracking questions once a package is in transit, please contact the delivery service directly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled ship date. Contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible for these inquiries. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, Returns will not be accepted.
If you have issues with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 day of receiving your order and provide a photo and detailed description of the issue and we will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your order.
How long do Macarons last?
Macarons are best consumed as soon as possible after you receive your order To ensure freshness longer, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Do your Macarons contain Dairy, Eggs, Nuts?
Dairy: Macaron fillings contain cream and butter.
Eggs: They are used to make the macaron cookies and maybe in some of our fillings.
Nuts: All our Macarons are made with almond flour.
Are your Macarons gluten-free?
Generally, all macarons are gluten-free as the macarons are made of almond flour. However, there are some that are not gluten-free due to their fillings.
Can you make custom macarons events, parties or weddings?
We would love to be a part of your event. Please send in your request and we will check our availability.
Please note there is a minimum order of 1 dozen for specialty Macaron orders.
Deposit of 20% of the order will be required.
For character macarons 2 character only per dozen.
